Hilda Lule

Hilda Lule is a community-centered executive whose work spans media, education, and creative production. Across every role she has held, her focus has remained the same: building systems that support people, particularly women and Black communities worldwide, through care, access, and opportunity.

Raised in Montgomery County, Maryland, born to Ugandan parents, Hilda grew up navigating multiple cultures and belief systems. That experience shaped her understanding of community as both foundation and responsibility. It informs how she leads, how she builds, and how she measures impact.

Hilda began working professionally at fourteen and has built a career rooted in execution and service. She has produced podcasts and panels, directed creative programming, led large-scale community events, and managed teams across nonprofit, entertainment, and education-adjacent spaces. Alongside this work, she has spent years working directly with youth, teaching, mentoring, and creating environments where young people develop confidence, discipline, and self-expression through the arts. Her leadership is practical, people-centered, and grounded in trust.

Her commitment to community extends globally. As Miss Uganda America, Hilda uses her platform to advocate for humanitarian initiatives and community development, earning the Miss Africa America Humanitarian Award and People’s Choice Award. She continued this work as a patron of the Miss Greater Kitara pageant system in Uganda, supporting women, youth, and creatives through programs focused on long-term sustainability and local leadership. Hilda was most recently awarded as Miss Ebony World’s Humanitarian Ambassador in 2024.

As a leader, Hilda believes health, wealth, education, and creativity are collective efforts. Her work focuses on building pathways that aim to allow marginalized people the space to advance while remaining supported. She approaches leadership with clarity, care, and a long-term view; prioritizing systems that last and communities that thrive.
